Terms of Service & EULA

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Magnetic Manual mobile application ("App") or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. End User License (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Magnetic Manual grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App, or distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the App to any third party.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (Magnetic Manual Pro)

Magnetic Manual offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans ("Magnetic Manual Pro") that unlock enhanced features, including advanced life strategy tools, automated biography tracking, and personalized planning.

            Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal:
            Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis as displayed at
                the time of purchase.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account (for iOS) or Google Play
                Account (for Android) upon confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each
                billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the
                current period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to
                the end of the current billing period at the standard recurring rate.
Managing Subscriptions & Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at
                any time:
                iOS: Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your
                    device.
Android: Open the Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments &
                      Subscriptions.

              
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be
                forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds: All purchases and refunds are processed and governed directly by Apple Media
                Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service.

          

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain full ownership of the notes, goals, reflections, and content you enter into Magnetic Manual. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent activities, or in any manner that disrupts or compromises the security of our infrastructure.

5. Informational & Personal Growth Disclaimer

Magnetic Manual is designed as a productivity, life design, and self-reflection companion. The recommendations, prompts, and insights generated by the App are for personal informational and organizational purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, logos, software, code, user interface, graphics, and visual elements of Magnetic Manual are the exclusive property of Magnetic Manual and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Magnetic Manual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Apple Standard Terms Addendum (EULA)

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Magnetic Manual, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any third-party claim relating to the App, Magnetic Manual, not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by deleting your account and removing the App from your devices.
