A. Account Information

  • Authentication Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and unique user identifier (UID) via Firebase Authentication.
  • Guest Mode Data: If you use the App in guest mode, your data is stored locally on your device until you choose to create an account.

B. Your Content & Life Map Data

  • Life Areas & Goals: Custom sections, categories, goals, habits, notes, and milestones you create.
  • Manifestation & Grounding: Daily journal entries, habit streaks, anchor reflections, and check-in logs.
  • Biography & Personal Context: Information you provide to personalize your experience, including structured memory facts and life context.

C. Technical & Purchase Data

  • Subscription Status: Purchase receipts and entitlement status processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. We never collect or store your raw credit card or financial details.
  • Diagnostic & Crash Logs: Anonymous crash reports and performance metrics via Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve app stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data solely for the following legitimate purposes:

  • To render, sync, and persist your Life Map, goals, and daily progress across your devices.
  • To power intelligent features, such as generating tailored action plans, synthesizing your personal biography story, and uncovering growth insights.
  • To manage your active Magnetic Manual Pro subscription and unlock premium features.
  • To detect, prevent, and troubleshoot technical errors or service disruptions.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored and processed using Google Cloud Platform (Firebase Firestore & Cloud Functions) with servers hosted in the European Union (europe-west1).

Security Safeguards:

  • All communications between the App and our backend servers are strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
  • Data stored in Firestore is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Strict server-side database security rules ensure only your authenticated account can read or modify your private user data.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We only partner with trusted infrastructure providers who adhere to strict data security standards:

  • Google Cloud / Firebase: Cloud database, backend serverless functions, authentication, and crash reporting.
  • RevenueCat: In-app purchase verification and subscription lifecycle management.
  • Apple App Store & Google Play Store: Secure payment processing and app delivery.

We do not share your private entries, reflections, or goals with any advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion (Your Rights)

You have full ownership and control over your personal data:

  • In-App Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time directly within the App by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently purges your profile, Life Map, entries, and biography from our databases.
  • Clear All Data: You can clear your local and cloud data at any time via Settings → Clear All Data.
  • Data Export or Inquiries: You can contact us at any time to request a copy of your stored information or request manual deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

Magnetic Manual is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements in our features or changes in applicable laws. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
